The Ministry of industry has established a comprehensive strategy to encourage the development of Industry 4.0 in indonesia this program includes the initiative of the Ministry of industry to increase infrastructure and connectivity by pouring a number of crazy infrastructure developments that encourage the adoption of Industry 4.0 this includes the provision of high-speed internet access, optical fiber development and Promotion Research and development proram capital focused on innovation, Human Resource Development by providing vocational training and education programs in accordance with the needs of Industry 4.0 aimed at ensuring the availability of the safest workforce capable of running and maintenance of advanced technology. The application of Industry 4.0 provides many benefits for indonesia’s competitiveness including, increasing productivity and efficiency allows companies to automate repetitive tasks, increase production, also reduce operational costs, which leads to increased productivity and efficiency which ultimately increases the competitiveness of the Company, Innovation and New Product Development encourages innovation through data collection and thorough analysis using artificial intelligence technology and machine learning companies gain valuable insights about customers, markets and industry trends, this perspective directs the development of new products and innovative services for changing customer needs.
